"Ludicrous popinjays, who have the sheer cheek to set themselves up uninvited as our guardians" 😂Why aren't we allowed to have disinformation if we want it. What business is it of anyone else if I want to believe six impossible things before breakfast - surely that's my prerogative. I don't need a self-appointed information wallah to control what information I receive; particularly not when their IQ is lower than my own. I don't need 'saving' by anyone - elected or otherwise. We really need to have a conversation (outside of libertarian circles) about the boundaries of government - because, of course, the government really cares about my health and my rising blood pressure.

I agree - and there is something especially galling about the fact that they are such mediocrities to boot. Being saved when you don't want to be saved is bad enough; when the person doing the 'saving' lacks any genuine substance it is a hundred times worse.

One almost misses the days when 'disinformation' went by its other names, 'blasphemy' and 'heresy'.
